This JCS Institute for Professional Development session will review relevant self-esteem research to support participants’ understanding of the origins of self-esteem as well as the frameworks necessary to build and sustain positive self-esteem. This presentation will include an overview of terminology, background knowledge of the subject and conclude with a review of assessment and intervention tools to use in practice with clients.
