Professional Mentorship Program:
Connecting the Next Generation

Are you an experienced professional  with a desire to help develop newer professionals and engage them in community through The Associated? Complete a Mentor Application.

Are you a young Jewish professional looking for guidance to help you advance in your career and/or for a way to engage more deeply with the community?  Complete a Mentee Application.

The Associated’s mentorship program connects the next generation of Jewish professionals, ages 25-35, with practiced professionals and community leaders to strengthen occupational goals and ties to Jewish Baltimore.

The mentorship program will increase opportunities for meaningful connections between younger adults and the professional, philanthropic, and volunteer communities. Drawing from the wide range of professional backgrounds of our mentors, we individually connect mentees based on your professional and personal goals.
