Neurodiversity: Re-thinking Anxiety, ADHD, and Depression

Neurodivergent individuals have unique ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world, which may differ from societal norms but are equally valid. This workshop by JCS Institute for Professional Development, offers a holistic understanding of neurodiversity. It explores the variety of thinking styles and cognitive differences, challenging traditional views of mental health. Participants will be empowered to embrace inclusive, empathetic, and strength-based approaches that honor the strengths and individuality of every person 1.5 Category I CEUs.
