Immunity to Change

February 6 @ 9:00 am 11:00 am

Free

For professionals working in the Jewish community

Change can be challenging and often stirs up strong emotions. This interactive workshop, based on the “Immunity to Change” framework (Kegan and Lahey, 2009), helps participants identify and overcome the assumptions, challenges, and self-doubts that hinder progress. Through self-exploration, participants will uncover behaviors and beliefs that conflict with their goals and develop actionable strategies to move forward.

Key Takeaways:

– Recognize Emotional Responses to Change – Understand personal reactions and triggers when faced with transitions.

– Identify Hidden Barriers – Discover assumptions, beliefs, and competing commitments blocking progress.

– Explore New Possibilities – Push through limiting mindsets to foster growth and success.

– Develop Practical Strategies – Create clear, actionable steps to achieve personal and professional goals.

– Enhance Confidence – Learn tools to set boundaries, manage upward communication, or tackle other challenges.
