Dignity Grows is a national initiative that strives to combat period poverty. Come and connect with community while joining in on this effort. Learn a bit about the issue, make a Jewish connection to the project, and pack tote bags full of feminine hygiene products and other toiletries which will be donated to individuals who need them. Light refreshments will be served.
This experience is best for volunteers aged 12+. Parents, we trust your judgement when deciding if younger kids should attend!
PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers will need to park at the top of a hill and walk down to the yard where the event will be held. If this is not accessible for you or a member of your group, we are happy to talk through finding a different opportunity with you. If you need any other accommodations, please let us know.
