This workshop will center around fostering creative thinking and practical problem-solving strategies. Participants will engage in a series of interactive activities designed to:

– Identify critical challenges within their organizations.

– Explore diverse perspectives and approaches to problem-solving.

– Cultivate innovative solutions through structured brainstorming and creativity exercises.

– Develop actionable plans to implement solutions post-workshop.
