Since October 7th, Israel has been at the forefront of the news cycle. It has also been at the forefront of our minds and hearts. Many of us have found ourselves in conversations that are confrontational and have challenged us to clarify our beliefs. Take this time to learn the tools around how to engage in contentious conversations with those you care about through self-centering, clarifying your values, and curiosity.
