Becoming a Resilient Family

May 5 @ 9:15 am 10:45 am

Baltimore, Maryland 21208 United States

Parenting requires stern stuff – tough skin, limitless flexibility, boundless compassion… and resiliency. How can we grow in our resiliency so we can care for ourselves and for our families? How can we cultivate a family culture that centers empathy, care, and compassion?

Led by renowned educator, author, and all-star facilitator Dasee Berkowitz, this series will meet you where you are (without shame or guilt!), and help you strengthen your resiliency as a parent. Join us for one (or both) of these incredible programs!

We’ll gather together in The Soul Center while Dasee Zoom’s in from Israel. We’ll have breakfast, great conversation, and time to dig deep into the importance of building resilience within our families. In this session, we’ll talk about rituals and resources to help build a culture of care, compassion, and support within your family. Consider joining us also for part one of this event on April 14th!

By attending this event you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
