Homeless Prevention and Eviction Prevention
HUD-certified housing counselors are available to explain tenant rights and help obtain the assistance needed to avoid eviction. There is no cost for these services.


Foreclosure Services
HUD-approved housing counseling agency providing guidance to prevent foreclosure by helping clients navigate the complex forbearance and mortgage modification processes. There is no cost for these services.


Financial Wellness – Financial Wellness is an individualized, goal-oriented service that empowers people to build healthier relationships with money and develop long-lasting solutions that break the cycle of financial instability. Certified professionals can help you gain insight into your habits and attitudes about money, improve how you communicate with others about sensitive financial matters, and make long-lasting behavior changes to achieve and sustain financial stability.

Senior Home Repair and Benefits
Older adults receive the services and information essential for healthy and successful living. Learn how you can remain safe and independent in your own homes. Services and support may include:

Home repair services that improve the quality of your life through accessibility improvements, rehabilitation, weatherization, and environmental hazard remediation.

Individual needs-screening and application assistance for access to public and private housing benefits and resources for income-eligible homeowners 62+.

Ignite Career Center – Career and Assessment Services
Highly trained, experienced professionals provide customized services to launch and enhance careers for job seekers of all ages, experience, backgrounds, skill levels, abilities and locations. Offering focused consultation on resume writing, interviewing, networking, online presence, job training and more.


Vocational Services for Individuals with Disabilities
Employment Support Services (ESS) address the needs of individuals with chronic mental health disorders and developmental and cognitive disabilities. Highly trained and experienced professional staff assist job seekers in determining a career path and acquiring the job readiness skills needed to obtain and maintain employment. A person-centered approach meets the unique abilities and needs of each individual and provides an inclusive, community-based setting.


Services for Holocaust Survivors
Jewish individuals who were victims of Nazi persecution may be eligible for social services including case management, financial assistance with personal care needs, medically related assistance, and other emergency financial aid. Staff can also help them determine their eligibility for compensation through various reparation programs.


Case Management
Whether you live at home, in a retirement community, or in an assisted living neighborhood, there are many supports to help you maintain your health and independence. Assessments include a full health and living/activity history, a financial/budget analysis and a proposed treatment plan. Services after assessment include ongoing in-home visits and help identifying and addressing potential safety issues.


Eldercare Management and Consultation
A fee for service program, eldercare management supports aging individuals in their desire to continue living in their own homes or other settings with maximum independence and dignity while providing their family and caregivers with peace of mind. Professional care managers provide expert guidance, resources, healthcare advocacy and care planning and coordination.


Patient Care Connection
Social workers partner with physicians to improve the health of older adults and care givers by providing resources to overcome challenges that may affect health, well-being and the ability to age safely at home. This free service consults on home health care, meal delivery, transportation, socialization, government benefits, medical and prescription insurance, advance directives, mental health, caregiver education and support, care coordination, housing, and emergency response and medication management devices.
