Common Concerns

Contact Martha Goodman at mgoodman@thejewishnetwork.org or 410-735-5012 for information about resources available for students with disabilities.

Most of The JCC’s financial assistance goes towards membership, summer camp and the Early Learning Center. Other programs that have aid available are the Maccabi Games, 4Front, swim team and the children’s theater.

If you are interested in learning if a program can be subsidized, please contact JCC’s membership services to inquire.

You may be eligible for a JCC scholarship if you are unable to pay for 100% of the cost for the programs you are interested in. Generally, income levels that are below six figures will quality, although there can be many extenuating circumstances that the JCC will consider including household size, paid tuitions, medical or extreme situations, etc. 100% awards are not available for programs, however, the JCC’s goal is to not turn anyone away.

The following information will be required along with a financial aid application:

  • Copy of last filed tax return.
  • Business tax return if you are self-employed.
  • Copy of paychecks.
  • If unemployed, copies of forms indicating source(s) of income (i.e., food stamps, disability, SSI, etc.)
  • Copy of bills/verification of expenses.

Every school and camp has their own financial assistance process. Visit each program directly for information about applying for assistance.
