Shalom Social Club: Clean-Up Day at Middle Branch Park
Join us for a community clean-up event at Middle Branch Park! We’ll be cleaning up both on and off the water, helping to make our beautiful Baltimore park even more enjoyable for everyone. Whether you’re paddling or picking up trash on the shore, this is a great opportunity to give back while spending time outdoors with fellow Jewish adults in their 20s-40s.
What to Bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated Closed-toe shoes (required for safety) A positive attitude and readiness to make a difference!
Date: Sunday, August 3rd, 2025
Time: 9-Noon Location: Middle Branch Park, Baltimore
Cost: Free, but please register on Meetup to ensure your spot
Waivers: Will be provided for signing
Canoes can accommodate up to 30 paddlers at a time, so there will be plenty of opportunity to get on the water!
Bring a dog: You’re welcome to bring a well-behaved dog to join in on the clean-up. They won’t be able to go on the water but there’s lots to do at the water’s edge if you bring boots.
Weather Advisory: In the event of a Small Craft Advisory, the event will be postponed to a later date or time. We’ll keep you updated!
Let’s come together to make a positive impact on our community and enjoy a day outdoors! RSVP now and let’s clean up Middle Branch Park together!
