Jewish Community Services offers “Care Partner Conversations: When Your Loved One Has Dementia,” a supportive group meeting on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month via Zoom. This group provides conversation, support, resources, and education for those caring for a loved one with dementia, facilitated by JCS Care Manager Sean Latta, MS.
