With a stark rise in antisemitism in recent years, it is more important than ever to make sure every person in Jewish Baltimore can feel proud and safe to live Jewish.

Throughout our network we provide numerous opportunities for community members to engage in programs that explore Jewish culture and heritage and connect to their Jewish identity so they can stand up with confidence in who they are.

Yael first heard about Partners Baltimore from a friend and enjoyed the idea of feeling more connected to her Jewish community and the chance to not only share her own experiences but to learn from others as well.

Conversations around Israel

Through the Insight Israel Forum, we provide opportunities for Jewish Baltimore to enhance its knowledge, understanding and relationship to Israel. Participants grapple with evolving ideas of Israel and how it factors into their Jewish identity, social activism and current events.

Through the Macks Jewish Connection Network, we engage Community Connectors who bring together Jewish individuals with similar interests and stages of life, for holiday gatherings, family outings and social opportunities, creating Jewish experiences for families and individuals.

We provide free Jewish children’s books to families with children aged birth to 9 years old through PJ Library – books that celebrate Jewish values, traditions and culture.

We offer a number of opportunities for teens, young adults and community members to travel to Israel to get a better understand of our Jewish homeland, including building relationships with the Israeli people.

Maryland Hillels

The Associated’s five Maryland campus Hillels welcome everyone – whether you’re Jewish, just Jewish or Jewish-ish, Hillel is your home away from home. But Hillel is also a place for you to engage in your Jewish identity – immersing yourself in Jewish campus life while meeting new friends and forming Jewish connections.
