Reset & Refresh Series

Reset & Refresh is a welcoming space for young couples of mixed heritage* to slow down, discover themselves, strengthen their relationships, and explore what Jewish life can look like together. Rooted in the joy and beauty of Jewish tradition, this seven-session experience follows the rhythm of Shabbat to spark meaningful conversations, deepen your relationship and build community with other couples on a similar journey.

This cohort runs every other Tuesday, from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. Locations are being finalized.

Tuesday, October 13: Artisanal Challah Baking
Tuesday, October 27: Soul Spa
Tuesday, November 10: Shabbat Dinner
Friday, November 20: DIY Shabbat
Saturday, November 21: Havdalah

*Being mixed heritage includes combinations that cross religions, denominations, spiritual practices, race, ethnicity and backgrounds. Participating couples might include two people who identify as Jewish and have varied Jewish lived experiences and a couple where one member identifies with another religion or is an agnostic, along with many other variations.
