Bring your lunch and join us for a lively Books & Bites daytime program featuring Erika Robuck, national bestselling author of The Invisible Woman. Robuck will discuss her gripping historical novel and the extraordinary true story behind it—Virginia Hall, a Baltimore native and World War II spy whose courage and ingenuity helped change the course of history.

Hidden in plain sight for decades, Hall’s story is one of resilience, daring and quiet heroism. Set against the backdrop of Nazi‑occupied Europe, The Invisible Woman brings her legacy to life while shining a light on Baltimore’s own connection to this remarkable woman.

About the Author:
Erika Robuck is the national bestselling author of historical fiction including The Invisible Woman and The Last Assignment. Her articles have appeared in Writer Unboxed, Crime Reads and Writer’s Digest, and she was named a Maryland Writer’s Association Notable Writer and won the Anne Arundel Arts Council Literary Award for 2024. A photography enthusiast, historian and teacher, she resides in Annapolis with her husband and three sons.
