Safeguarding Our Spaces
and Protecting Jewish Baltimore

We all see the news and read the headlines — antisemitism is nothing new. It’s louder, bolder and more dangerous than ever.

With Maryland ranking among the states with the highest reported antisemitic incidents, The Associated is committed now, more than ever, to keep our community safe and stand against antisemitism.

Our approach to safety and security is multifaceted — from maintaining the safety of our buildings to offering trainings to organizations and community members. Most recently, we launched The Associated’s Center for Countering Antisemitism and Hate, which will do more to protect our Jewish spaces. It will empower our community with the knowledge they need to challenge hate wherever and whenever it appears.
