Gabrielle’s yoga class offers a dynamic mix of her training (vinyasa, forrest, yin, chair) and is accessible to all bodies, abilities, and ages. Her flows are often described as gentle, intuitive, and rooted more in the medicinal side of yoga. She makes sure to offer a range of modifications and (optional) hands-on assists throughout the class, as well as incorporating poetic or meditative aspects to deepen the connection to spirit.
Start your day with yoga and stay at Third Space for the workday with our Co-working.
