January 29 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Reconnect & Reset: Ground Your Mind, Move Your Body, Refresh Your Year.
Join YAD’s Active Collective for a grounding, reflective experience that blends mindfulness, movement and intention-setting. Through yoga, EFT tapping, guided meditation and thoughtful discussion, participants will reconnect with their bodies, clarify goals and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one; a limited number of mats will be available to borrow. Water will be provided. Just come ready to move, breathe and relax together.
