Through guided conversation and reflection, you will:

◦ Explore how to plan proactively without a default caregiver.
◦ Develop practical strategies for identifying and connecting with appropriate professional services and assistance.
◦ Strengthen trusted personal relationships and informal support network.
Free and open to the public. Registration required Please commit to attend all four sessions.
