Solo Aging is not about aging unsupported—it is about aging intentionally. Solo Aging Together is a four-session group experience focused on intentional planning and informed decision-making for aging independently.

Through guided conversation and reflection, you will:

◦ Clarify what “solo aging” means in your own life.
◦ Explore how to plan proactively without a default caregiver.
◦ Develop practical strategies for identifying and connecting with appropriate professional services and assistance.
◦ Strengthen trusted personal relationships and informal support network.

Free and open to the public.  Registration required Please commit to attend all four sessions.
