Hod is an auspicious time to spend a few hours deep in meditation practices. The fifth week of Omer focuses on humility, gratitude, surrender, and splendor. Through guided meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and mindful movement, we will actively support and balance our energy to align with the week’s theme. According to the texts, this is the perfect time to break through barriers and overcome inner conflicts. This will help us both in the outer world and within ourselves. No meditation experience is necessary; just a desire to spend time in community, fostering peace and compassion for ourselves and others.
