Introducing the Center for Countering Antisemitism and Hate

The Associated’s Center for Countering Antisemitism and Hate is a new, centralized hub that builds on our existing strengths, while expanding The Associated’s capacity to bring together advocacy, education, security and a community response.

The Center’s mission is to educate our community members and leaders, advocate on behalf of Jews at home and around the world, protect our Jewish spaces, respond in times of crisis and unite faith and civic leaders against all forms of hate.

We at The Associated recognize that a rise in antisemitism and hate is not just a Jewish problem — it’s everyone’s problem. If we look away now, it may already be too late.

When I was assaulted outside a 7/11 for no other reason than wearing a Chanukah sweater, I knew something needed to be done to fight antisemitism.
