A Snapshot of Jewish Baltimore

The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore’s 2025 Baltimore Jewish Community Pulse Survey offers a snapshot of Jewish life in Baltimore—from engagement and financial well-being to attitudes toward security, antisemitism and Israel

The 2025 Pulse Survey complements that work by exploring how community members feel and engage today, while also offering comparisons to other Jewish communities across the United States.

The results help us define how we best use our resources to support a strong, engaged community in the years ahead.

24%

of households say they are just managing or cannot make ends meet

84%

of Jews in Baltimore are concerned about antisemitism in the non-Jewish community

75%

of Jews feel an attachment to Israel.

The survey was conducted by Burson for The Associated and the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA).
