Nachalah Men’s Mission to Israel

Join The Associated’s Nachalah Men’s Mission and experience Israel through a powerful lens of heritage, innovation, and community. This immersive seven-day, six-night journey offers a unique opportunity to connect with the land, people and culture of Israel—past, present, and future.

We’re excited to host our third Nachalah Men’s Mission Feb 23 – Mar 1, 2026. (Flights will depart from the United States on February 22 and return to the United States on March 2)

Co-chaired by Jonathan Havens and Justin Harvey

Cohort Meeting Dates:

The Nachalah cohort will meet twice before the trip to Israel on Jan 15 and Feb 12, and twice upon return on March 26 and April 23.

Travel with a cohort of peers and:

  • Deepen your understanding of The Associated’s Annual Campaign and its vital impact
  • Strengthen your connection to the work of The Associated and grow as a leader
  • Visit Baltimore’s partner city of Ashkelon and explore the Baltimore-Ashkelon Partnership

This mission is by invitation only. To apply, please contact skohler@associated.org for the application link. Application deadline: October 6

Upon acceptance into the Nachalah program, each participant will be required to pay a total program fee of $2,599 (this program is subsidized). This fee includes program expenses, speakers, the majority of meals, and transportation to/from the airport in the U.S. Participants must purchase airfare separately.

During the trip, participants will explore the leadership and philanthropy that connect Baltimore and Israel and see firsthand the impact of The Associated’s work. As part of this experience, participants will engage in a conversation about philanthropy and be asked to make a meaningful gift to The Associated’s 2026 Annual Campaign.
