Solo Aging is not about aging unsupported—it is about aging intentionally. Solo Aging Together is a four-session group experience focused on intentional planning and informed decision-making for aging independently.
Through guided conversation and reflection, you will:
◦ Clarify what “solo aging” means in your own life.
◦ Explore how to plan proactively without a default caregiver.
◦ Develop practical strategies for identifying and connecting with appropriate professional services and assistance.
◦ Strengthen trusted personal relationships and informal support network.
