Join Chizuk Amuno Congregation and the Baltimore Jewish Council for a special screening of OCTOBER 8, followed by an intimate conversation with Rabbi Gruenberg and Howard Libit, Executive Director of the Baltimore Jewish Council.
OCTOBER 8 offers a powerful examination of the surge in antisemitism that erupted on college campuses, across social media, and in public spaces throughout the U.S. following the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel. Through in-depth investigation, the film reveals how Hamas spent decades building sophisticated networks within the U.S. to influence institutions, and exposes the wave of online antisemitism, propaganda, and disinformation fueled by Iran, China, and Russia — all with the aim of sowing division within American society. Event is free, but we kindly ask that you register.
