October 7 @ 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Support Group for Parents of Children with Attention and Executive Function Issues
This presentation will be facilitated by Jennifer Udler, LCSW-C, SEP Licensed Clinical Social Worker Walk & Talk Therapist.
In this session, you’ll explore the powerful combination of walking, talking, and nature. Walk and talk therapy is a highly effective approach, especially for many neurodivergent individuals. Learn how to apply these healing principles in everyday life through nervous system regulation, relationship building, grounding techniques, and simple outdoor coping skills that can make a meaningful difference.
