JES and Mariposa Education Present: Staying Connected and Calm During Jewish Holidays

March 9 @ 7:30 pm 8:30 pm

Zoom

The joy, meaning and togetherness of Jewish holidays can also bring long days, late nights, full homes and disrupted routines—conditions that can feel overwhelming for children and caregivers alike. In this workshop, families will learn simple, research-informed strategies to reduce stress, stay grounded and strengthen connection during busy holiday seasons.

From family gatherings and schedule changes to screen-time struggles and heightened emotions, these moments are easier to navigate when we understand what’s happening in the brain. This session offers practical, relationship-based tools to help families stay connected and calm—while still honoring the spirit of the holidays.
