Using a biopsychosocial lens, this Jewish Community Services IPD session will help clinicians make sense of assessment information and turn it into a clear, culturally responsive understanding of their client’s situation. Will also learn how to track progress over time and learn how to update their understanding of a case as it evolves for thoughtful decisions about when to end services or transition care, grounded in client readiness and ethical practice guidelines.
