Associated Women in partnership with the Jewish Library of Baltimore, invite you to an engaging evening with Dr. Beth Ricanati, author of The Braided Prescription. Through stories, research and insights drawn from Jewish tradition, Dr. Ricanati will share how food, ritual and community can serve as powerful tools for well-being. Learn practical ways to bring more intention, connection and wellness into everyday life while exploring the themes of her newest book.
