The Shoshana S. Cardin Leadership Symposium was created to honor the incredible vision, life and legacy of Shoshana S. Cardin, founding chair of ACHARAI. This annual symposium creates a space for inclusive and meaningful text-study that both celebrates the memory of an extraordinary leader and the richness of our Baltimore Jewish community.

Keynote by Rabbi Shira Stutman
Shira Stutman, Senior Rabbi at Washington, DC’s innovative Sixth & I, was named one of “America’s Most Inspiring Rabbis” by The Forward, among other awards. She speaks nationwide about how to build a welcoming and diverse Jewish community. She graduated from the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, where she was a Wexner Graduate Fellow.
