November 8 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Join Third Space and the HIV/AIDS Ministry of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church for a hands-on morning of service as we prepare Thanksgiving meal bags for local individuals and families.
While Thanksgiving is often centered around gathering with loved ones and sharing a meal, many among us face food insecurity throughout the holiday season. Together, we’ll pack non-perishable food items that will help make Thanksgiving meals possible for families across our community.
Beyond the service itself, this is an opportunity to build connections, learn about the incredible work of the HIV/AIDS Ministry, and come together across communities in a shared commitment to caring for our neighbors with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Spend the morning making new connections, making a tangible impact, and helping ensure more families can gather around a table this holiday season.
Whether you’re a longtime volunteer or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back before Thanksgiving, there’s a place for you here. There are several ways to take part in this Happening. You may select one or more options below. You can volunteer, help cover the cost of the bags we’ll assemble, make a contribution of any amount—or combine them. Volunteer. Sponsor. Contribute. Or do any combination of the three. Every form of participation helps us reach our goal of packing 100 bags.
