Hike the creek and forests, challenge yourself on the Rosenberg High Adventures Ropes Courses, pick certified organic strawberries, feed the farm animals and more.Through a merger with Hazon, the largest faith-based environmental organization in the U.S., Pearlstone will serve as the national headquarters for the JOFEE (Jewish Outdoor Food, Farming and Environment) Movement.Honoring the Past Honor the six million Jews killed in the Holocaust during the Baltimore Jewish Councils (BJC) annual Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Memorial Day) program. Over the years, the BJC has featured voices of survivors and their children, as well as films, panels and nationally-renowned speakers who share their stories in the hope that this never happens again.
