Bigotry takes many forms. As Jews we have experienced it for centuries. America’s recent awakening around systemic problems faced by People of Color has mobilized us to actively address issues relating to racial justice and equity, both in our Jewish communities and in broader society. Jewish Together is an educational campaign developed by the Jewish Federation of North America and includes videos, webinars, podcasts and events which promote racial justice, diversity and inclusion.
If Jewish communities are to grow and flourish into the future, we must ensure that People of all backgrounds see themselves in all of our communal and organizational leadership today. Here are some steps you can take to help make that happen:
Amplify organizations founded and led by Jewish people of color
Participate in the JEDI (Jewish Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Program at JFNA
