We’ve heard from all of you about how much you miss Torah & Yoga at the Soul Center, so we’re thrilled to be offering evening Torah & Yoga classes in February. Penny Silverman will be leading our practice with a Vinyasa flow focusing on building strength and endurance as well as improving flexibility and balance. And of course, we’ll add in the perfect Jewish twist to compliment the practice.
