About Stretch to Give:

Fitness is more fun with friends! Join the Jewish Baltimore young adult community in supporting mental health and wellness. Register for one or more classes (schedule below), make a gift of at least $18, pick up your Shvitz Swag Bag, earn raffle tickets and do good for yourself and others!   

The day will conclude with a community meditation experience. You’ll celebrate our community’s collective wellness work, schmooze with other wellness warriors, and learn who the lucky raffle winners are (it could be you!). 

Swag Bag and Raffle:

On Friday, March 12, Shvitz Swag Bags will be available to pick up at the Park Heights JCC. You will receive a reminder email prior to the event, along with the Zoom links to participate.

Choose Your Class(es) 

11:00 a.m. Tabata HIIT with Stacy Fitzgerald (*or Peloton)
45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and agility.

11:00 a.m. Peloton
45 minutes of Peloton Bike Riding, more information will be provided upon registration

1:00 p.m. Bodyweight Strength Training with Lori O’Donnell
A 45 minute full body conditioning class with a focus on strength, balance and stability using bodyweight and/or weights anyone has at home.

4:00 p.m. Yoga with Kerianne Brown
Yoga blends postures with breathing exercises and meditation. It is a practice cultivating strength, balance and flexibility emphasizing experiencing life in the moment.

5:00 p.m. Community Meditation Experience and Concluding Ceremonies
