Join us at the Spring Into Health Employee Health & Wellness Fair to explore resources that support a healthy lifestyle, participate in wellness activities and screenings, and enjoy hands-on experiences like chair massages, therapy dogs, a fresh smoothie station, flowerpot painting and planting and more. Connect with partners who are here to support you—at work and beyond—whether you’re stopping by for a quick screening or staying to recharge and explore.

Screenings and activities are free for employees of The Associated and our partner agencies.
