Na’aleh: Managing Mindfully

For Professionals Working in the Jewish Community who Serve as Managers in their Organizations

Facilitator: Stacey Meadows, LCSW-C, Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor

March 17, 2021 @ 9:15 am 10:45 am

United States

This year has swiftly transformed our lives and challenged our resilience, in previously incomprehensible ways. As people and employees, we find ourselves striving for balance in this “new normal.” This program will introduce mindfulness as a tool to support you not just as a person, but as a manager, to thrive through (and beyond) this pandemic. Join us in learning how to apply this practice to prevent burn out, optimize productivity and enhance leadership performance – even during a pandemic!

  • This event is complimentary for professionals of supporting organizations. Learn more.
  • $18 is the suggested registration fee for other communal professionals.
