Jewish Community Services (JCS) Mindful Art workshops provide a supportive environment for exploring your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences using different art mediums. Connect with others, reduce stress, and nurture your mental well-being through creative self-expression. No artistic talent needed. This series is held on Wednesdays, May 7 – 28, 10:00-11:30 am via Zoom. Space is limited. Registration required.
