Drop in for a meditation session offered by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality and JPRO Network. Sessions will be led by an experienced Jewish mindfulness meditation instructor and will develop your ability to pay attention to the present moment, cultivate calmness, practice kindness towards yourself and others, and respond to this difficult moment more wisely and skillfully. Sessions will be inclusive and welcoming to all who work in the Jewish community, regardless of religion.
No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness practice needed.
You may attend once or regularly; when you register, you will receive the Zoom link for all sessions.
