The JCC Maccabi Games® have been offering a life-and personality-shaping experience to Jewish teenagers since 1982. Now you can be one of the 6,000 teens from around the world to participate in this five-day Olympic-style sporting event held each summer in several North American cities. Beyond the athletic competition, the Games promote community involvement, teamwork, and pride in being Jewish. From the connections made via home hospitality to the energy and excitement that comes from competing to the socializing at evening events, the JCC Maccabi Games offer a unique and unforgettable experience for every participant, from athletes to volunteers, to coaches and host families.

Each year Baltimore sends over a 100 athletes to up to two host cities. We will update the website in early November indicating which sports are traveling to San Diego, CA and which sports are traveling to Westchester, NY.

Tryouts will be held at the Owings Mills JCC on Sunday Nov 17 from 1pm-3pm and on Sunday Nov 24 from 1pm-3pm.

We are fielding boys and girls 16U and 14U basketball teams....all are welcome to try out!

The Games will take place in two cities:

August 2-7, 2020 | San Diego, CA 
August 9–14, 2020 | Westchester, NY (Pace University)
