Global Day of Jewish Learning: Speaking Volumes

Sunday, November 17
3:30-6:30 pm Oakland Mills Interfaith Center
5885 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia, MD 21045

Global Day of Jewish Learning is a community celebration of our heritage—brought to Howard County by the Jewish Federation and the Howard County Board of Rabbis.

This year's theme, "Speaking Volumes," will be explored in two different projects:

•    Resetting the Table (CODE REQUIRED)
Collaborative conversations about Israel in the face of strong differences. This is a unique opportunity to work with trained facilitators from across the country.

•    The Impact of Words
Round-table discussions with community rabbis about the power of words and their impact on our lives.

$10 per participant. Complete program description available at JewishHowardCounty.org/GDJL beginning November 1.

For more information, contact Shauna Leavey at 410-730-4976 x118.

Pre-registration has closed.  Walk-ins are welcome for Rabbi Fuller and Rabbi Plotkin’s classes.  See website for details.
